I know first hand the challenges that come with feeling like yourself in your body again, and I know how confusing and overwhelming it can be trying to find the best approach for healing your body and returning to fitness. That's why I have studied several advanced postpartum exercise qualifications to take the guesswork out for you and help you feel confident and empowered in your body again.
Having rehabilitated & strengthened my own body after having 3 babies in 4 years, and dealing with both c-section & vaginal birth recovery, diastasis recti, prolapse & pelvic floor dysfunction, I have used this knowledge & experience to build a coaching programme to help you build a body that looks, moves & feels AWESOME!
