What equipment do you need?

 

A long Foam Roller (Around 90cm)

2 sets of dumbbells - Light/Medium & Heavy

Resistance bands

Yoga Block

 

What is the Cost?

 

The 12 week programme is £260.

 

However, early bird pricing of £220 is available for anyone who signs up before 30th November!

 

A £50 deposit is required to secure your space, with the remaining balance due on Fri 3rd January.
